We can help with menu planning and suggest ways for you to save money and headache. Displaying a drink menu at the bar lets guests know what is available and what is not; the menu can set the tone for the party by introducing unusual cocktails, prompting guests to try something new, like a passion-fruit martini rather than the standard sour apple variety. Creative and exotic drinks are the catalyst for a great party no one will forget.

Furthermore, our bartenders can monitor for under-age drinking and control the amount of consumption of your favorite party-goers. We will control any situation that arises: from a guest who’s had too much to drink and insists on driving home to that party-stopping spill that occurred in the living room. With your hands free to host, the event becomes something you can enjoy, too! Go visit with guests and be sociable!

We will be in touch with you throughout the planning process to perfect the logistics of your party. We will tailor your event to the number of guests, their respective ages, the preferred drinks, the party theme, and any preferences regarding beer and wine. If you’re undecided, we can offer suggestions on what to serve, advice on how to stock the bar, and recommendations on how much liquor and ice to have on hand for our bartenders.

Our bartenders are ready to serve at any party in the Tampa Bay Area. All of our bartenders are professional and will guarantee a wonderful experience for you and your guests!

The bartender will have his/her own bar tools (shaker, strainer, corkscrew, etc.) but will not supply glassware, mixers, or alcohol. Attire is usually black slacks and a white button-down shirt unless otherwise requested. Minimum booking time is two hours including a half hour for set-up and garnish preparation. Hourly fees are based on services requested and whether gratuities will be allowed at the party. Please contact Bella Rose for a quote and recommendations on how to save money and cut costs. We will provide a written contract detailing your event specifics, requests, travel fees (if any), cancellation policy, dress code, etc. A deposit is due to save the date and the remainder is due at the completion of service. Bella Rose is only interested in making your party a spectacular celebration!
